Pajamma Party

How many of us would love to spend all day long in our Jammie's??? Well Hunter was a lucky boy and spent presidents day in his Jammie's. His new sitter had a pajama party for all the kids. It was so fun seeing how excited that made all the kiddies. We brought cupcakes and movies and Hunter had so much fun. It's super hero's day next time, so Hunter is counting down the days...

Happy Valentines Day

Hunter and I had a fabulous valentines day weekend...

On Friday Hunter went to his Daddy's house and I went to dinner and a movie. I saw "Valentines Day" it was a cute show, but not as funny as I thought it was going to be considering the star studded cast!!! But ladies, the movie is worth seeing just for Dr. McSteamy (Grey's Anatomy) and his lack of shirt. Yummo!

Anyway, I got pampered at the salon on Saturday, and when Hunter got home on Sunday we backed cupcakes for his party and to hand out to the neighbors. I found the cutest cupcake boxes ever (I can't believe that I didn't take a picture. I will add one tomorrow). This was Hunter's first time Doorbell Ditchin. When I told him that is what we were going to do he got all upset and said that "ditchin people" isn't nice and they would be sad. Anyway, I talked him into it and we had a lot of fun.

Valentine Surprise!!!

So after lunch today I got a wonderful surprise when I walked back into the office. My beautiful, wonderful BFF brought me these flowers and a card that made me cry. Anissa is just as beautiful inside as she is on the out, and I am so blessed to be able to call her my friend. She always knows just what someone needs to lift their spirit and goes out of her way to make sure everyone she cares about feels special. I love you Niss...

Happy Boy!

My boss Alan has a special little connection Hunter. Hunter just loves to visit with Albin (he still to this day calls him that) when he comes to my office. Alan was cleaning out his office, and he has a fairly large collection of metal trucks, boats and planes that the kids just can't wait to get their hands on when they see them, and Hunter was no exception. Alan always let Hunter play with a truck or a plane, and so he sent me home with this baby for Hunter...

He loves it! Thank you Alan...

Peekza Party

Last Saturday Hunter and I had a Peekza Party!!! We made our own pizzas and watched a movie. Hunter loves to bake and cook, and he LOVES PEEKZA (this is one of the few words that he still doesn't say right and I love it), so this was a perfect night for him.
Like many kids, Hunter only like cheese pizza so he made a cheese pizza for himself and then helped me make mine with pepperoni and olives.

They turned out really good and to top off Hunter's perfect night, he even got to have a little soda with his dinner. We watched The Grinch (again) Hunter thinks it's hilarious, it is one of his favorites.

What a great night!!!

Making Valentines

I found these cute valentine kits over at the dollar store and Hunter spent Sunday afternoon making them. First he assembled the Valentines cards and then I helped him make the Valentine magnets. For a dollar store find, they were so cute. Can anyone guess why he liked this project so much????

Circus Fun

The Jordan World Circus came to town and Hunter and I met up with all our friends to watch the show. It was so much fun and perfect for younger kids, because the length of the show was only an hour and a half! This was the first time we went to the JWC so we were very excited to find out that during intermission they let the kids go down into the arena and do face painting, pony rides, pictures with a bear and elephant rides... Hunter LOVES pretend play and so of course the first thing we did was face painting!!! They had all kinds of fun animals that you could chose from, and what did my Halloween nut boy choose??? A skeleton... I tried to talk him into a tiger or a lion but he wasn't having it! He loved it and was so excited. He also did the pony rides, but silly mommy told everyone to go ahead back to our seats because Hunter was in the last group to ride, and I forgot that I would have to walk/jog next to him so I couldn't get a picture of that. Side note here: If you take a small child on a pony ride and you have to walk/jog along next to them DO NOT wear 6 inch stilettos :)

I need to thank all my girls... Ang, Michelle, Amanda, Danyelle and Kelly!!! We love you all so much and can't wait to get together again soon...
I have the best friends ever, and seriously you can not believe how good all the kids are, 10 kids and not one tear, fight, or owe (Paizlee's tears don't count, she thought she lost her mommy :) and she is so dang cute she gets an automatic pass).

It was tons of fun, and we can't wait to go next year!!!!
